I arrived post hotel check in time and was worried that there will be no staff available. Thankfully the hotel responded to my request and a staff was able to check in for me smoothly. Also to the male staff on duty during midnight 17th April (I didn’t get a chance to have his name), I would like to thank him for kindly lending me a charger.

Yuhui

Room rate is very acceptable price and staff always support. The hotel location is quite good, it's near to Askusabashi station (JR/MRT) that convenient to travel from Narita airport and Haneda airport. There are many conveient stores around the hotel.

Mon-tae

There was everything needed for a short stay. The cold glasses in the fridge melted my heart :) top location, close to the subway station. Nice area with good choice of places to eat and shop.

Yana

I booked this place last minute as my other accom. got cancelled. They were great. Hospitable and responsive. Umbrellas to borrow on rain day and close enough to the station.

Emelise

The location is super convenient, there are direct trains to both airports as well as an easy connection to Akihabara where you can switch lines to get most places in Tokyo.
